There are many different types of cheese referred at as Caciotta, we stock one or two, the most popular in our stores is Cacio di Roma. Mild sheep's milk flavor. Wheels are about 6 inches in diameter and weigh approximately 3-4 pounds.
Great for antipasto platters, pair with hot peppers, olives, pickles and salami.
