Welcome to Di Bruno Bros.! This is the "Italian Style" curd you will need to make your own homemade fresh mozzarella, just like we do everyday in our Philadelphia stores.
The curd is immersed in hot water then stretched and kneaded to the desired consistency. This 5 lb. bag will yield 4-6 pounds of fresh mozzarella.
