Product Description
Fron the warm Mediterranean climate of Catalonia comes these 1 kilogram mini, artisanal gems. Garrotxa is made from the milk of Catalonian goats in the traditional manners dating back to the 17th century. Garrotxa is delicate in flavor, not too goaty, and carries with it clean, soft aroma. Mildly acidic and herby, the 7 inch diameter wheels ash colored with a felty, rustic feel. The body is grey to bone-colored with a tight texture. Absolutely one of Southern Spain's finest.
Wonderful with olives, salami, smoked hams, soppressata and dry sausages.
