Hailing from the sea swept and hilly town of Cerignola, Italy, these olives are renowned for their superior taste and quality. Olives are hand-selected from various stages of the maturation process to a capture a vibrant array of tastes, textures, and colors.  Our medley features crisp green, tender red (naturally-dyed using strawberry juice), and meaty black varieties. All are gently brine-cured and marinated in olive oil and rosemary for a complex and earthy flavor.  Variety makes them an ideal selection for any cheese plate or antipasto tray.
