Bavarian Cheeses
Our new selection of Bavarian cheeses offer a mixture of exclusive and unique styles. One of our independent exporters scoured the villages of the Allgau, a very small area of southwestern Germany and Austria, to select these cheeses. Most of these cheeses have never been seen outside the village from which they were made. Every cheese is made from the milk of 100% grass-fed, silage-free cows. This preserves the natural flavors of the region's incredible terroir, only available when the cows eat grass from high-altitude pastures. Di Bruno Bros. is excited to offer these rare cheeses to our customers for a limited time, both online and in our stores.
