Shipping and Delivery

Orders with Di Bruno Bros. can be placed via phone Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at dibruno.com.

All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in Philadelphia, PA. We ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States via UPS. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska & Virgin Islands may be shipped via FedEx and must be placed with a customer service representative at 1.888.322.4337. Orders that are being sent to certain locations within the City of Philadelphia are able to be delivered by a courier service for same day delivery. Same Day Delivery orders must also be placed with a representative at 1.888.322.4337. We are unable to ship outside of the United States, to PO Boxes, APO's or FPO's.

Standard Ground Delivery orders received before 11 AM EST will ship out that day depending on availabilty of the items. Orders received after 11 AM will begin to be processed the following business day.

3-Day Air orders received by Tuesday at 11 AM EST will ship out that day depending on availabilty of the items. Orders received after Tuesday at 11 AM will be shipped out the following Monday.

2-Day Air orders received by Wednesday at 11 AM EST will ship out that day depending on availabilty of the items. Orders received after Wednesday at 11 AM will be shipped out the following Monday.

Next Day Air orders received by Thursday at 11 AM EST will ship out that day depending on availabilty of the items. Orders received after Thursday at 11 AM will be shipped out the following Monday.

Note: For special requests, including Saturday Delivery & Same Day Delivery, please contact us directly at 1.888.322.4337. Such requests will be met on a case-by-case basis depending on order size, time of year, & availability of products.

Shipping Cost

Shipping charges are calculated per ship-to address and are based on the ship-to location and the estimated weight of your order. In order to give our customers the best shippng rates possible, we give each shipment a real-time shipping quote based on each individual order. After you have chosen your items and shipping service during the order process, the system will supply you with your real-time shipping quote. Your order is not billed or processed until after you receive your quote and approve your order on the order confirmation page.

Availability

Di Bruno Bros. strives to guarantee that the highest quality and freshest products reach our customers. Because of this and because of the seasonality of many of our products, we cannot guarantee consistent stock of certain items. During the order process, you will be asked if you will accept substitutions for out of stock products. If you select this option, we will happily substitute comparable products for any out of stock products in your order. If you choose not to have substitutions, we will proceed with your order without the out of stock item. You will not be charged for any products that are out of stock. Note: we do not backorder any products.
