Yield: 1 Drink
2 Tbsp. Sugar cane Juice
6 ea Mint leaves
3 Tbsp. Watermelon + 2 ea small cubes
2oz. good quality Rum
4oz. Club Soda
Sugar cane Skewer- Optional
Procedure- In large glass, muddle Sugar cane, ½ the lime, watermelon and mint until fully combined, Add Rum and Shake. Pour over crushed Ice, add club soda
Garnish with sugar cane and watermelon skewer, lime wedge and mint leave.
