It’s spring, so I’m gardening like crazy. I spend as much time cooking as possible (I tend to take work home with me), and love to travel and spend time with my friends, family, and Labrador Retriever. I’m a simple gal.
Favorite cheese/cheese pairing/Di Bruno Bros. snack you just can’t live without?
Picking just one is like choosing a favorite child—impossible! I do snack a little too frequently on Black Lava Cashews…
Best memory of your Di Bruno’s Tenure?
Attending the American Cheese Society conference in Madison, Wisconsin and taking the Certified Cheese Professional Exam last summer is something I will never forget. The last-minute study sessions in the hotel with my co-workers, the celebratory cocktail afterwards, and visiting Uplands Cheese Company (the cheesemakers that make the American heavyweight-style Pleasant Ridge Reserve) was the experience of a lifetime!
