The Italian Style Curd that we use in our fresh Mozzarella production is now available so that you can make your own creamy fresh Mozzarella cheese in your own kitchen! The Mozzarella Curd should be immersed in hot water (approx 160 F) and then stretched and kneaded to the desired consistency and pulled into a ball. Each bag should yield 5-10 lbs of fresh Mozzarella cheese.
