Le Carre di Berry is an herb covered fresh and creamy goat's milk cheese with a tangy finish. It comes from France, south of the Loire River where goats graze in open pasture and produce extraordinarily rich milks. The cheese is formed in small blocks, about 4 inches square and 1 inch high, and covered with a blend of herbs d'provence and dried berries.
