All of our perishables are packed in insulated, heat-resistant packaging with safe, re-usable ice packs. If you should also order dry goods, we neatly pack them around the other materials, enclosed in a sturdy, corrugated container.

The delivery clock starts once the package is picked up by our carriers, not once you submit your order, and there are times when our fulfillment team may hold certain orders to process and ship after the weekend in order to ensure product viability.     I loved It! I used Johnny Z's Mom's Easter Pie recipe and it was a HIT with family and me! So easy to work with and the cheese arrived right before I needed it to make the pie, so no need to worry about spoilage. Thank you, Di Bruno Bros.

    MY ONLY COMMENT IS THAT I THINK I PAID EXTRA TO HAVE IT DELIVERED ON A SATURDAY BUT IT WAS DELIVERED ON A WEDNESDAY. THANKFULLY NOT A PROBLEM, BUT I SEEM TO REMEMBER PAYING $10 EXTRA FOR SATURDAY DELIVERY.

    Moved to Florida, couldn’t find a place that sells basket cheese. Went on line & found DiBruno-was a little hesitant ordering delivery, but the 2 basket cheeses arrived when stated and very well packaged. Tasted wonderful!! Today I made 2 Easter pies (Pizzagaina). Very happy to continue our family tradition, Thank you DiBruno for not only great service & product, but offering delivery option!

    As soon as we received or we opened one up. We already ate one basket cheese. It was excellent. Looking forward to sharing with other family members. Well packaged and cold to eat from just being delivered.
    2//3 who just ate said maybe a tad salt to bring more flavor out. In case ever need opinions.
    I ate a nice chunk sliver by sliver. I also agree a tad more Salt
