Ordering Process

  • We encourage all corporate customers with orders of 10 or more to reach out to our Corporate Accounts team directly by calling us at 1.888.322.4337 or by e-mailing Corporate@dibruno.com.
  • Our team members will be able to help you decide on the right basket options for your clients, and make the ordering process smooth and efficient.

Ship-to Information

  • The Ship-To information is one of the most important parts of our process. Di Bruno Bros. will provide an easy to use spreadsheet where all names, addresses, and gift notes can be entered. The format is extremely important and should not be altered for any reason. Confirmation that all addresses are current and accurate is the customer’s responsibility and we appreciate your effort to ensure all lists are complete before sending.     NOTE: Ship-To address information is due to Dibruno.com 10 business days prior to the requested ship dates.
  • All Ship-To information entered into the web-site by the customer is captured as entered, and is never edited, altered, or changed by DiBruno.com or any other party, without the customers explicit consent. All shipment errors or delays associated with customer entered data are the customer’s responsibility, and any expenses incurred to reship are borne by the customer.
  • Payment for any product reships due to an incorrect address on file will be the customer’s responsibility. . Verification of addresses can easily avoid the need to reship, and we encourage our customers to confirm all recipient addresses prior to submitting. In the case that an address is not correct and a reship is required, a reshipping fee, cost of new product, and a $25 handling fee will be applied to the customer.


  • We offer gift baskets in all shapes and sizes to guarantee you’re able to select the best gift for your recipients.   • Sorry, but corporate gift orders do not qualify for Free Shipping promotions, nor do they qualify for any retail discounts that may be in effect at the time of order.


  • To begin processing your order, we’ll require the credit card authorization form to be completed. One week prior to your order shipping, our Corporate Account team will authorize your billing information. We will then process your payment during the week of your shipment.   • Corporate Gifting customers may request open terms. Please click here to download a pdf of the Credit Application and Terms sheet. Credit Application and Terms sheets must be returned to DiBruno.com 30 days prior to the requested ship date. The customer will be notified of approval of the credit application. Orders will not ship unless Credit Application has been reviewed and approved at Di Bruno Bros sole discretion.


  • Refunds for orders will be processed as quickly and efficiently as possible and may take up to 5 business days to be completed.
