Smooth, rich and perfectly meltable. The freshest thing in Philly since Will Smith in the 90s. Our Mozzarella is made fresh daily in our Di Bruno Bros. location in South Philadelphia. Our mozzarella logs are soft, creamy, and rich.

The Story

Our Mozzarella is made on premises, which allows our team to react to the various nuances and changes in the curd from day to day. Our team adjusts to the current state of the curd and makes sure our Mozz has the same glossy sheen and even texture each time.

Usage Tips

The mellow flavor of Mozzarella pairs with almost everything but we like it best with a little bit of our own basil pesto and a hearty glug of a spicy olive oil like Carm or Olio Verde. The classic log shape makes it perfect for slicing and layering with tomatoes and basil, or a Margherita Pizza.
