At Di Bruno Bros., we are excited to offer an artisanal, house-made variation of this almost 100-year old Italian recipe.
In addition to a traditional style, our Burrata comes in several flavor combinations: porcini mushroom, white truffle, pesto, and white truffle honey.
Try it as an antipasto with ripe tomatoes, as a topping for your favorite seasonal salads, as a dessert (with a drizzle of honey), or with your favorite fruit spread atop a slice of crusty bread. Each Burrata piece weights slightly under a pound and is best consumed at the peak of its freshness, within the first 1-3 days after its arrival. Please Note: Because Burrata is an extremely fresh, preservative-free product, we require shipment using UPS 2nd Day Air or overnight to guarantee freshness.
