The Story

Eclat's flagship chocolate bar is made with the ultra rare Peruvian Pure Nacional Beans. Christopher Curtain uses some of the oldest known tools in chocolate making to hand winnow the beans. This ancient technique releases the inherent silky purity of the chocolate. The chocolate joins up with the bitter cacao nibs in perfect union.
