- Midnight Moon– 8oz. – A semi-firm Gouda from Cypress Grove Creamery, this award-winning cheese is tangy and sweet with hints of caramel.
- Garrotxa – 8oz. – This nuanced Spanish cheese is creamy despite its firmness and possesses a distinctly tangy herbal flavor with a nutty finish.
- Humboldt Fog – 8oz. – Notable as being the first American cheese exported to France, this deliciously creamy and refreshing cheese has a lemony flavor with definite tang.
- Le Chevrot – 8oz. – Delicate and slightly sweet with subtle traces of salt, Le Chevrot partners exceptionally with wines like Sancerre, a noble Sauvignon Blanc.
Many of our products are imported or made in limited quantities throughout the year, and because of this we sometimes temporarily run out of inventory. In these instances we will substitute items of similar quality, and you can rest assured that you will be pleased with your order.
