During one of our visits to Italy this past summer, we discovered the small coastal village of Ciro Marina, whose small farms and restaurants have mastered the art of growing and roasting vegetables. We were so inspired by the experience that we decided to carry these Cipolline all'Aceto Balsamico of Modena: Baby grilled onions in Balsamic Vinegar. The delicious bites are fantastic on kabob skewers, delectable poured over roasting meats, and a perfect addition to antipasti.
