Unlike more popular, factory-produced pastas, which are uniformly smooth, Bartolini Emilio's bronze-drawn pastas, made from durum wheat semolina and eggs, are resilient and allow sauces and oils to cling thanks to their riveted textures. This three bag set contains the following: Ciriolini (long and thin with medium thickness), Fusilli Giganti (long, thick corkscrew shapes), and Penne (traditional tube shapes).
