Includes:
- Cana de Cabra – 8oz. – Native to the Murcia region, tangy notes of citrus pervade this mild, creamy soft-ripened goat cheese that resembles Bucheron.
- Ewephoria – 8oz. – This sheep's milk Gouda has defined notes of roasted hazelnuts and sweet grasses with a finish reminiscent of hearth-baked bread.
- Mimolette – 8oz. – Similar to Edam, this aged cow's milk cheese is firm and features a fruity aroma and nutty taste.
- Pecorino Gran Cru – 8oz. – Hailing from Sardinia, Pecorino Gran Cru has a firm, crumbly texture and a sharp, nutty flavor that is both sweet and salty.
- Valdeon – 8oz. – A full-flavored goat's milk Blue Cheese wrapped in sycamore leaves, which gives it a bold flavor.
- Volpi Chianti Salami - Made from fresh, all-natural pork, this artisan salami is deep flavored and meaty.
