A subset of Salami, it is course ground, so there are large chunks of fat (AKA flavor!), a smooth texture and bold flavor. Spiced with salt and black pepper (and red pepper, in the case of the hot version), it is a simple and rustic homage to old-school curing. Our sliced Sopressata is 8 oz. of cured meat, perfect for snacking or paired with one of our fine gourmet cheeses, and is a popular alternative to pepperoni as a pizza topping.
